This old abandoned farm house, belonged to a family that pretty settled the county of Williamson and their off-spring is still living in the state today. They called this house, Mom because the original owner had fourteen children and everyone who knew her, called her "Mom" she was a nice lady.

House of older-times. Normally, it would have 2 or 3 doors in the front for better cooling in the summer. Also, the fireplace was centrally located, or a cook-stove was the main source for household heat. And 14 children? Wow! No wonder she was called "Mom."
