STEP ONE
TALKING TO ONESELF
I face eastwards, take a deep breath and after it, I breathe normally and I repeat the following:
“My eyes, nose, ears and skin absorb totally the healthy vibrations of this place”

STEP THREE
I face eastwards, take a deep breath and after it, I breathe normally and I repeat the following:
“My mind is able to read the thoughts and emotions of every person who has been here, so far”--- My mind is able to read the thoughts and emotions of every person who has been here, so far”--- My mind is able to read the thoughts and emotions of every person who has been here, so far”
