Mount Athos is a monastic place in North Greece, considered to be the closest place to Heaven and God. Monks pray there many hours for all humanity and no woman can set foot there, because this was the order of Virgin Mary herself when she first came to Mount Athos. This order is held all these centuries ever since. +1
